Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. We require a credit card so you can keep using FlyWhale uninterrupted if you decide to stay — but we won't charge you a cent if you cancel before day 7. One click to cancel, in your account settings.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

A credit is the unit FlyWhale uses to bill system work. One credit ≈ one substantial action — a competitor digest, a post draft, an ad change, a weekly report. Most users on the Starter plan finish their 1,000 monthly credits comfortably. Heavy ad management or daily reporting tilts you toward Pro.

FlyWhale notifies you at 80% and 95% of your monthly credit usage. From there you can upgrade your plan instantly (you only pay the prorated difference) or wait until your credits reset on your billing date. Credits don't roll over — use them or lose them.

Annual plans are coming Q3 2026 with a 20% discount. Until then, all plans are month-to-month with no commitment. Agencies running 10+ brands on FlyWhale should email hi@flywhale.ai about volume pricing.

Today FlyWhale is built for the individual operator — one login, full access. Multi-seat plans for agency teams are on the roadmap for late 2026. If you're an agency lead and want early access, book a 15-min call from the contact page.

The 7-day trial is your refund — no charge if you cancel before day 7. After that, we don't issue partial refunds for unused time in your billing period, but you keep access through the end of the period and can cancel for the next cycle in one click.

Today: you can download every artifact FlyWhale produces — drafts, reports, assets — and copy any memory entry or chat thread out by hand. A full one-click workspace export isn't live yet; it's on the roadmap. If you cancel, you keep 30 days of access to pull what you need; email support@flywhale.ai if you need it gone faster.
