Data Deletion Request

This page explains how you can request the deletion of your personal data from FlyWhale, including data obtained through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) integrations.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to:

support@flywhale.ai

Please use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request – FlyWhale"

Include the following information in your request:

• The email address associated with your FlyWhale account
• Your Instagram username (if you connected an Instagram account)
• Your Facebook User ID (optional, if known)

What We Delete

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will delete:

• Meta API tokens and connection data
• Retrieved insights and metrics from connected accounts
• Related caches and logs

Processing Timeline

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

What We May Retain

We may retain certain billing and accounting records where legally required (e.g., for tax compliance). This data is kept securely and used only for legal and accounting purposes.
